RESIDENTIONL COMPLEX – MONZAMBANO

Performance: Complete Project

This project involves the construction of a new mixed-use complex in a  free area located at the gate of Monzambano. In particular, these are three new buildings arranged in a “C” shape that look towards the future new access road from the str. Provincial 19 to the town. The units for residence are planned, divided into 22 apartments, spaces for commercial use, offices. In addition, in the basement there will be garages and accessory spaces for the activities mentioned above. Present in the area was an old industrial building which, as foreseen by the urban planning instrument, was subjected to transformation through the modality of the agreed building permit.
