RURAL DWELLING RENOVATION – MONZAMBANO

Performance: Complete Project

The residential building with the two volumes linked, is transformed by the project following two different architectural paths, the first characterizes the housing block and the volume behind it to the north, and develops the concept of renovation which it is proposed to maintain the existences, the second is defined in relation to the portic to the west and identifies the possibility of completely transforming the building trying to preserve its iconographic aspect towards the context.

The rooms of the housing units are divided between all the spaces of the overall building, therefore without constraints with respect to the descriptive parameters developed between agricultural farms and houses
