The new building involves general cleaning of the area where the current building stands; after specific excavation the construction of new foundations with relative concrete walls that bring the building back to the height of the court floor, and the filling with appropriate material of the whole area of ​​the new building up to the height of the concrete walls .

The new structure is established above the concrete walls and will characterize the entire building envelope which is in steel frame technology.
